We can help you reclaim the money you have lost.

If you are owed money for goods, services or products that you never received or were misled in purchasing, you may be entitled to claim for this against your bank or credit card supplier.  This covers a wide number of cases such as where a supplier no longer exists or you have paid for goods that never turned up.  Charles Lyndon can help you recover the money you have lost on a ‘no win no fee’ basis so there is no risk to you in bringing the claim.

What Are Your Options?

The CCA 1974 provides a remedy for customers where they have lost out financially.  It covers situations including the following:

  • where consumers have been misled by false advertising or marketing
  • where consumers failed to receive the goods they were purchasing

In these circumstances, section 75 of the CCA 1974 allows consumers to bring a claim against not only the supplier but also the creditor. For example, if a retailer is no longer trading or has since become insolvent, you can also bring a claim against the provider of the credit card used in the transaction.
